![]() ![]() The post-graduate projects prompting M.Sc. With the development of Kerala State in 1956, these two schools were partnered with the University of Kerala. These associations were brought under the direct definitive control of the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Animal Husbandry, individually. In 1955, the recent Government of Travancore-Cochin began the Agricultural College and Research Institute at Vellayani, Thiruvananthapuram, and the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Mannuthy, Thrissur for bestowing advanced education in farming and veterinary sciences, individually. Agriculture was subsequently presented as a discretionary subject for Intermediate Course in 1953. The prevalence and convenience of this school prompted the beginning of comparative establishments at Kottarakkara and Konni in 19 respectively. Agriculture was presented as a discretionary subject in the center school classes in the State in 1922 when an Agricultural Middle School was begun at Aluva, Ernakulam District. ![]() The recorded scenery of Agricultural Education in Kerala can be followed back to the year 1896 when an arrangement was created in the past Travancore State to set two or three young people inconsistent Agriculture at the Demonstration Farm, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, as of now, the Cropping Systems Research Center under Kerala Agricultural University.
